Procedures: Requiring a Deposit
​
For any procedure which requires a non-refundable deposit, the deposit amount will be applied to your total procedure cost.
You may make changes to your appointment up to 7 days prior via the online booking system.
If you fail to reschedule or cancel within the 7 day time frame, OR if you are a no-show to your appointment, your deposit will be immediately forfeited and a new deposit will be required for all future bookings. Last minute cancellations and/or no-shows will also incur a fee of up to 100% of the FULL procedure cost.
If you reschedule within the 7 day time frame, your deposit will be applied at the time of your rescheduled appointment.

Please note: Multiple Reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Once your appointment is confirmed, you may reschedule it one time without penalty.

Deposits may NOT be transferred to another client.

Procedures: Requiring a Credit Card to Confirm
If a credit card was required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment:

Please be sure to make all changes at least 24-hours prior to your appointment via the online booking system.
You will NOT be charged at the time of booking, however any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled within the policy time frame above OR clients who no-show to their appointment will be charged the FULL procedure cost.
Any clients that arrive late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule & will be charged 50% of the total procedure cost.

Please be sure to make all changes at least 24-hours prior to your appointment via the online booking system.

Please be respectful of your technician’s schedule. If you are running late and do not contact Bowie Brows, have consistent cancellations OR if you are a no-show, a deposit will be required and you will need to manually request any future appointments.
